Baker Snell is looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator on behalf of our innovative and growing commercial client. If you’re a proactive, organised, and people-savvy professional looking for a role that blends admin, sales, and relationship-building, this is your chance to make a real impact. This sales progressor role is integral to driving sales forward and ensuring smooth transactions—your work will directly contribute to the success and growth of the business.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, 6-month Fixed Term (scope for longer term)
Perks: 25 days annual leave (pro rata), Parking
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping sales and legal records up to date
- Coordinating with solicitors, buyers & sales agents
- Managing digital sales document transfers
- Scheduling key meetings to keep sales moving
- Handling buyer enquiries & arranging property viewings
- Ensuring legal deadlines are met
- Organising sales documents & handover packs
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator with top-tier customer service skills
- A team player with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Super organised with an eye for detail
- Previous sales or property experience? Great—but not essential!
What You’ll Need:
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A proactive mindset & adaptability in a fast-paced environment
