Location: Exeter office with potential for flexible hybrid working following probation
Salary: £24,000 with scope for growth + annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service via phone and written communication, ensuring positive outcomes for customers
- Support policy reviews, clarify terms and conditions, and handle retention activities
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver seamless support
- Identify process improvements and suggest solutions
- Crosstrain to assist with back-office tasks when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and motivated team players with strong communication skills
- Experienced in customer service and skilled at managing multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented, organised, and confident in handling complex queries
- IT literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Adaptable and proactive, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
