Location: Exeter Office (Hybrid option after probation)
Salary: £24,000 with room for growth + annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for intermediaries, resolving queries quickly and professionally
- Develop detailed knowledge of company products and processes to ensure excellent service delivery
- Process new applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Take advantage of training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experienced in customer service and administration
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- IT literate, with experience using MS Office
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally
