Salary: £32,000 + bonus

Location: Exeter

Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days working from home

 

The Role

As a Telephone Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing intermediary relationships. Working closely with Key Account Managers, you will contribute towards shared team targets while acting as a trusted and knowledgeable point of contact.

This is a newly created role within a growing team, offering the chance to make a real impact and grow alongside the business.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of intermediary accounts
  • Identifying growth opportunities and following up warm leads
  • Supporting events and maintaining regular communication across multiple channels
  • Delivering engaging and informative online training sessions and webinars
  • Building strong internal relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Committing to ongoing learning and professional development

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

 

 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Experience in an account management or customer-focused role 
  • Knowledge of financial services or intermediary markets (advantageous) 
  • Confidence in presenting, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills 
  • Good IT proficiency, including MS Office and CRM or database systems
