Salary: £32,000 + bonus
Location: Exeter
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days working from home
The Role
As a Telephone Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing intermediary relationships. Working closely with Key Account Managers, you will contribute towards shared team targets while acting as a trusted and knowledgeable point of contact.
This is a newly created role within a growing team, offering the chance to make a real impact and grow alongside the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of intermediary accounts
- Identifying growth opportunities and following up warm leads
- Supporting events and maintaining regular communication across multiple channels
- Delivering engaging and informative online training sessions and webinars
- Building strong internal relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Committing to ongoing learning and professional development
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in an account management or customer-focused role
- Knowledge of financial services or intermediary markets (advantageous)
- Confidence in presenting, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Good IT proficiency, including MS Office and CRM or database systems
